Capabilities

	Allows screening of stocks by utilizing IBD Composite 200, IBD 100 Index, and VectorVest. (VST)
	Receive twice weekly "watch" (don't buy), "hold", and "sell" timing of stock moves.
	Choice of stock and timing of purchase or sale is possible with TEKnalysis advice twice per week for funds and ETF's, and four times per week for stock folders.
	Actual transactions can be effected with an internet Broker Dealer.
	Ratings of stocks can be visualized and realized with the Investor Business daily (IBD) via IBD 100 and IBD Composite 200.
