Subscriber agrees that neither TEKnalysis^TM, Investment Research Institute, Transequity Group, nor any agent, subsidiary or representative thereof shall have any liability, contingent or otherwise for the truthfulness, accuracy or timeliness of the Services or the truthfulness, accuracy or timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the information or for any decision made or action taken by the Subscriber in reliance upon the Information or the Services or for interruption or delay of any data, information or any other delay of the Services.
2. The subscription services are provided "as is" there is no warranty of merchantability, no warrant of fitness for a particular use, and no other warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the information of any aspect of the services.  Past performance is not an indication or guarantee of future performance.
3. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the use of Services and Information, and any decision made in reliance upon the Services and Information are made at Subscriber’s own risk.
