2. The subscription services are provided "as is" there is no warranty of merchantability, no warrant of fitness for a particular use, and no other warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the information of any aspect of the services.  Past performance is not an indication or guarantee of future performance.
3. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the use of Services and Information, and any decision made in reliance upon the Services and Information are made at Subscriber’s own risk.
4. Subscriber agrees that the information is private and is not to be distributed, published or given away without prior written permission.
